This forward-thinking programme was launched with a strong focus on gender equality, diversity, and inclusivity, beginning with a group of 16 participants—10 women and 6 men—based in Gauteng.

The programme is designed to equip young South Africans with practical knowledge, professional skills, and real-world experience, preparing them for careers as sales executives within the automotive industry.


Real Training, Real Opportunities

The Sales Cadet Programme follows a structured, two-part approach that ensures long-term success:

  • Participants are placed in Kia dealerships close to their communities
  • They undergo three months of intensive, mentor-led training
  • Progress is closely monitored and assessed
  • Successful candidates are placed into dealerships on employment contracts

This hands-on approach bridges the gap between education and employment—turning training into tangible career opportunities.
